This document constitutes the legal notice for the website accessible at maisonratti.fr (main site) and maisonratti.com (mirror site), published in French and English, offering artisan confectionery for sale:

• to private individuals (B2C), as part of a standard online purchasing process;
• to professionals (B2B, hotels, restaurants, events, businesses, distributors), exclusively by quotation, with no possibility of direct online purchase for this category of customer.

In accordance with Article 6-III of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (known as the 'LCEN'), users of the website are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and maintenance.

The website accessible at maisonratti.fr (and its mirror site maisonratti.com) is published by WM Expert, operator of the commercial brand 'Maison Ratti', whose commercial operation is carried out by WM Expert.

Mr Arthur Morel and Mr Tom Morel, publication directors, appointed for this purpose by WM Expert.

The domain names maisonratti.fr (main domain) and maisonratti.com (mirror domain) are registered with the registrar Hostinger.

WM Expert implements the reasonable means available to it to ensure continuous, high-quality access to the website. However, WM Expert cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, which may be temporarily inaccessible due to:

• maintenance operations, updates or technical developments, whether planned or not;

The website may contain links to other websites or external resources. WM Expert exercises no control over these third-party sites and disclaims all liability for their content, availability, privacy policy or any damage that may result from consulting them.

The creation, by a third party, of a hyperlink pointing to the maisonratti.fr website is subject to the prior written authorisation of WM Expert.

Failing an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumer disputes, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
